Defined a platform wide communication framework at Fidelity Investments, targeting $6–7M in annual call center cost reduction across a platform serving 23M+ customers. Four concurrent initiatives. Legal and Compliance as co-stakeholders on every design decision.
Modernizing Legacy Systems
Led a 9-month AngularJS-to-React migration for a government platform serving 8M+ users — 47 components shipped with zero downtime, WCAG 2.1 AA achieved, and a design system now running across 5 product lines.
Redefining CSS Variables to Scale a Design System
Replaced years of fragmented, hardcoded CSS with a three-tier token architecture adopted across 30+ teams — 100% adoption, 50% fewer styling defects in QA, and one source of truth for design and engineering.

A 0-to-1 consumer product design exploring virtual art gallery experiences — accessibility-first approach with WCAG 2.1 AA compliance throughout, validated through usability testing with 94%+ task completion rate.
